Anti-Spam Center

The world of internet e-mail has reached a point where 50% or more of all e-mail is spam, or unwanted, unsolicited e-mail. Some of the messages are inflammatory and can be very offensive. In addition, it costs the City thousands of dollars of lost productivity to screen and delete these messages from the e-mail accounts.

To help ease this, the City of Fort Collins has implemented a scanning and filtering system to prevent spam related e-mail from entering the City's e-mail system. While this has been highly effective, it will also end up filtering out legitimate e-mail. If you have tried to send an e-mail to the City and it was rejected, your e-mail may have been blocked by the anti-spam filters. If this is the case, please fill in the information below. It will be submitted to the City's IT department. They will contact you and make the necessary modifications to the City's anti-spam filters so that your e-mails will flow through.
