"Municipal Axis" by Rafe Ropek 215 N. Mason Street Completed 2002

Rafe Ropek created an abstract aluminum sculpture spanning the first two floors of the City office building at 215 N. Mason. The sculpture's title is a play on the word 'access'. It is meant to describe the central 'axis' of all city services as well as the 'access' to the public.
