The Election Board makes recommendations to the Council for approval of rules and regulations necessary for the conduct of an election. The Board provides for ballots and sample ballots, for determination of the winner in the event of a tie vote, for canvass of returns, and for issuance of appropriate certificates.

Recommended Qualifications: Familiarity with the Fort Collins community. Applicants MUST live within the Fort Collins city limits and be registered to vote in city elections.
