The Issue Committee Guidelines are furnished as a source of general information about the regulations governing issue committees formed for the purpose of supporting or opposing ballot issues on the April 3, 2007 regular municipal election. All issue committees are required to register with the City Clerk before accepting contributions.
This version of the Guidelines is provided in PDF file format. The campaign reporting forms are not included in the PDF version of the guidelines, but are provided as separate links.
