Harvest Festival (PDF 4MB)

Join us for the 2nd annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 6th from 11am - 4pm at the Gardens on Spring Creek. This free family event celebrates the theme of Cultivating Community and will draw from the entire northern Colorado area in celebration of the harvest season: featuring locally-produced food, art, entertainment, and educational outreach emphasizing sustainable horticulture. You can shop for arts, crafts, as well as purchasing lunch or snacks from food vendors. Music by Set Forth from noon - 1:30pm and Billy Pilgrims from 2 - 4pm.

Social Gardening

Join us for lively garden conversations weekly on Wednesdays from 8:15 - 10:15am. Willing hands are needed to help with deadheading, weeding, mulching, harvesting, and other summer garden tasks. Tools, gloves, and refreshments will be provided. Contact Connie Meyer, , if interested in attending.

Gracious Gardeners

Join us at The Gardens for a free produce and garden item swap on the second and fourth Saturdays from 10:00am - noon. As gracious gardeners, you bring your surplus of fresh produce, newly divided perennials or other garden gear and either swap or donate with other gardeners. The swapping venue is on the north side of the Visitor's Center, outdoors. We ask that all swappers donate a small bag of produce in exchange for using The Gardens as a swapping venue. Please bring your bag of produce to the Visitor's Center and The Gardens will deliver the produce to the Larimer County Food Bank. This is a free event, hence the 'gracious' gardeners. The success of this event depends on your participation.
