College Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80524 The Building and Zoning Division provides field inspections and construction plan examinations for all new building, additions, and alteration to ensure compliance with City of Fort Collins Code. See list of current codes. Included with these duties are enforcement and administration of the Zoning Code by checking site plans and site inspections, responding to citizen complaints. They are also staff support for the Building Review Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. The Division is also responsible for the testing and licensing of local contractors. |
