On Friday April 30, 1999 the City of Fort Collins and surrounding area experienced a period of flooding as the result of a slow moving storm. Below is the first group of images taken by the Office of Emergency Management at various locations around Fort Collins during the incident. Immediately below are the Streamflow Discharge Charts for April 28 through May 4 which show the levels in Cubic Feet per Second (CFS) during the flooding period.
