Large Event Permit
Any person wishing to use a city park for an event, program or activity that is expected to be attended by a large group, 100 or more, must obtain a Large Event Permit from the City's Park Maintenance Division at least two weeks prior to the date of such event, program or activity.

A fee of $75.00 for groups under 250 people and a fee of $150.00 for groups of 250 or more must be paid by the Applicant prior to issuance of the Park Use Permit. A refundable deposit of $250.00 is also required.

There are other facility requirements that must be met by the applicant. Large Event Permits are not available for overnight events, programs or activities except by special permission of the Director of Cultural, Library and Recreational Services.

A Large Event Permit is not required for and does not authorize the use of baseball/softball fields or soccer fields. Use of such fields is scheduled by the City's Recreation Division.
