The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process, needed for permitting of the Halligan-Seaman Water Management Project, is underway.
As part of the public involvement process, scoping meetings have been scheduled in February for three communities, Fort Collins, Livermore and Greeley, to provide information and an opportunity for public comment on the project.
