Payment Options

Utilities offers several ways to pay your bill:

• Online: Pay your bill online with Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
• Easy Pay: Deduct payments automatically from your checking or savings account each month. Complete this application (PDF 138KB).
• Mail: Send your payment and bill stub in the envelope that accompanies your bill. Do not mail cash.
• Drop Boxes: Payments are collected weekdays. No cash.
• In Person: Visit Customer Service, 330 S. College Ave., 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
• Credit or Debit Cards: Pay bills for residential accounts with Visa, MasterCard or Discover using our 24-hour automated phone system (970) 212-2900, online or at our Customer Service office, 330 S. College Ave.
• Even Pay: Average out seasonal variations in your bill. (Restrictions apply)
• Payment Arrangements: Having trouble paying your bill? We'll connect you with community resources.
• Payment Assistance: Avoid having your utilities shut off due to non-payment.
