City Hall (300 Laporte Ave, Building A) will be closed for maintenance on Friday, December 20. It will reopen to the public on Monday, December 23.

In honor of Christmas, City offices and facilities will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25. All City offices and facilities will resume regular hours on Thursday, Dec. 26.
Register Your Rental Property by Jan. 1
Most rental properties within the City of Fort Collins must be registered with the City by Jan. 1. If you own a rental property, visit our Rental Registration webpage to view what's required.
