A happy cheerful and festive atmosphere using bold and bright color enhances the theme of celebration 150th birthday of Fort Collins. Celebration for me is expressing joy and happiness through festival, dance, music, confetti, and firecracker. Living in Fort Collins many years, I enjoyed all of these and my memories I tried to create a happy and cheerful environment of celebration using bold and bright colors enhances this mood further—which I think matches the theme of 150th birthday celebration of Fort Collins.
