Wildrose Hamilton’s design, Following the Song, depicts a scene of a child in her vermillion canoe paddling through the flooded Forest in the Lake. She is listening for and tracking the so-called “song of all things,” which is the hum and musical life-spirit imbued in nature and shared by all living entities.
Wildrose is multidisciplinary visual artist and Colorado native. She draws upon her expertise in apparel design, painting, illustration, and performance to create dreamy and colorful scenes in her artwork. You can view Wildrose’s murals on display at Happy Lucky’s Tea House, in Fort Collins, as well as adorning the exterior of the Gressiwick Building in Loveland.
