Description

"I painted ladybugs over the entire surface of the piano. The background is periwinkle blue, with splashes of green and purple; the ladybugs vary in shades of red, orange, and yellow.  Some of the ladybugs are large and close to the viewer; others are clustered and further away.  With shading and shiny highlights, I intended to make the ladybugs appear 3-dimensional."
