The Poudre River Public Library District and artist Rafael López donated this mural in the Civic Center Parking Structure in recognition of the Library District’s outreach efforts to underserved groups in the District. The award-winning children’s illustrator and muralist created this mural with local children. Its festive colors and bold strokes add life to the once-blank wall of the parking structure. Themes of growth, community, and learning are communicated through the image.
