Description

Located along the Spring Creek Trail just West of College Avenue, "Raindrops" is a sculptural flood marker that indicates various flood levels. The sculpture consists of a monolithic column which incorporates a cut-out pattern depicting stylized rain drops whose size grows with their height. Attached to this column are 5 flood level indicators.The highest level indicates the height of the flood waters during the flooding in July of 1997.
