“The Messenger,” a bronze sculpture depicting a hawk, was originally on display in Fort Collins as part of ARTiculture, the sculpture on loan program at The Gardens on Spring Creek where it was installed in the Children’s Garden. Bernice Penney and Family donated the sculpture to the City of Fort Collins.
