Description

My interest in Pianos About Town comes, frankly, from my mother who was a concert pianist and taught piano her entire life. Music and piano has influenced most of my life, myself playing as well as my children. My Pianos About Town submissions, “The Lonesome Troubadour” is a narrative on how music, emotions, and romance are all linked together, using dogs in the painting as a symbol of love, companionship, and loyalty. The piano player (the Troubadour) is singing out for all to hear. Not all enjoy the melody, but music will always find love, and love conquers all.
