Description

This sculpture incorporates recycled bike frames, supplied by local businesses, to create a whirlwind of triangles and color. The swirl of the sculpture is also incorporated into the landscape design of the roundabout. The sculpture was created by Tim Upham with help from artists Andrew Bohn, Todd Kundla, and Rick Upham. The artist also designed bike wheel– inspired fence enhancements that can be seen on the northeast edge of the roundabout.

To create sculpture, bicycle frames (arranged by color) were attached to a steel armature. Artist Todd Kindal can be seen in the backgound of the image.
