Description: We all lead busy lives. I feel it is important not only as an artist, but as a human being, to re-main present in each motion I make to move forward. The simultaneous rhythms of breathing and moving has been an ongoing practice for me during the winter months. Being outside helps me accept my stressors even when the world whirls past. I am now excited to transition into warmer months and paint 2 more transformer boxes! Thank you to the APP Board and this rich Fort Collins Arts Community!
