To complement the median sculptures and as part of the Art in Public Places program, Robert Tully installed three kinetic sculptures that are mounted on the light poles on the south side of the street—two heading west from the intersection and one heading east. In each, 15 human figures pivot separately like weather vanes depending on the wind direction.
