Council Meeting Participation Signup

City Council values community input. If you wish to speak at an upcoming meeting, please complete this form to provide your information and review the meeting guidelines.

Please note:

Public comment is available at every regular Council meeting (typically 1st and 3rd Tuesdays).
You must sign-up prior to 5:30 PM the day of the meeting to speak.
The first 40 signups will speak during the first portion of General Public Comment at the beginning of the meeting.
Speakers will be allowed up to 3 minutes to speak, depending on the total number of speakers.
If you are currently a member of a City board or commission, please make sure you identify yourself and indicate if you are speaking on behalf of yourself or the board.
