The Lincoln Center#

The Gardens on Spring Creek#
With the mission to improve the lives of people and foster environmental stewardship through horticulture, the Gardens on Spring Creek is a botanic oasis situated in the heart of Fort Collins. Offering twelve acres of curated gardens and the first ever Butterfly House in northern Colorado, the Gardens on Spring Creek is an extraordinary place for all ages to connect with nature. Classes, camps and tours, community garden outreach, volunteer opportunities, summer concerts and special events are also offered.

Art in Public Places#

Supporting artistic expression since 1995, the Art in Public Places Program enriches the city for both residents and visitors by expanding access to works of art. Public art contributes to the community’s civic pride, often giving opportunities to learn more about the location, history, and our community. Cultural Community Program#
Envisioned as a key element of the FoCo Creates Arts & Culture Master Plan, the Cultural Community Program aims to integrate arts and culture into the Fort Collins community and throughout the City. Integration occurs through a curated approach to supporting externally coordinated events, co-creating with local artists and communities, and by presenting pop-up performances and events in unexpected public spaces. The program supports Fort Collins’ creative sector by curating a diverse selection of artists featuring various forms of art and expression. Cultural Community Program is currently funded by the American Rescue Plan Act for 2023-2024.
Center for Creativity#
GRAND RE-OPENING JULY 27TH, 2024
Coinciding with National Arts and Health Day, on July 27th, The City's Cultural Services Department invites you to celebrate the grand re-opening of The Center of Creativity at 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Newly renovated to foster artistic collaboration, connection and belonging, drop by for a whole host of family-friendly activities and performances, and get a sneak peek at the future of collaborative programming planned for the coming year.

Fort Fund Grant Program#
Established in 1989, the Fort Fund grant program supports arts and cultural events that enrich the creative vitality of the community, promote local heritage and diversity, and provide opportunities for arts and culture participation. Supported by lodging tax revenues, the grants help promote Fort Collins as a creative center, supporting the city as an overall tourist destination and promote the health and well-being of all residents and visitors. Local nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply. More information can be found in the link below.
Art to Live#
Art to Live is a grant for individual artists living in Fort Collins who’s artistic and creative opportunities were negatively impacted by Covid-19. The goal of Art to Live is to financially support and foster working artists in Fort Collins, who offer free opportunities for community residents to experience art. This program is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
