Accessory Dwelling Units#

One off-street parking space is required for the Accessory Dwelling Unit. This is addition to any parking provided on the site for the primary dwelling unit (house, duplex, triplex).

One "tandem" parking space can count towards the off-street parking requirement for Accessory Dwelling Units. For example, if a property has a detached house with an Accessory Dwelling Unit, a two-car garage and one space in a two-car-wide driveway can provide the 3 vehicle parking spaces required for this property.
