Sunday, June 22nd | 10 a.m. – noon | $45

Calling young artist—get ready to paint in the great outdoors!

Plein, French for outdoors, is the act of painting in the landscape and has been practiced for centuries. This method of real-time, open air painting allows the artist to better capture the changing details of the gardens around them.

In this hands-on workshop, young artists will explore The Gardens, gather inspiration from nature, and create their very own landscape masterpiece. It’s all about creativity, discovery, and making art under the open sky! This class is designed for students ages 6-12 (older Art of Wonder students of any age are welcome!). All materials included.

Participant note: Please bring a snack, water bottle, and sun protection (hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen recommended).
