FC911#
FC911 primarily dispatches calls for service for Fort Collins Police Services (FCPS), Poudre Fire Authority (PFA), University of Colorado Health Ambulance (UCH) and Wellington Fire. Additionally, the center also dispatches for the Platte River Fire Department.
FC911 is an Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE) through the National/International Academies of Emergency Dispatch with each member of staff being trained in emergency medical dispatching.
Records Unit#
The Records Unit provides a great deal of support for the police divisions as well as a considerable portion of time directly assisting the public. This team gathers information from officers throughout the department before it is processed, stored, and reviewed.
Community Service Officers (CSO's)#
This team serves a critical role in providing quality service to the Fort Collins community by investigating motor vehicle accidents, directing traffic, enforcing parking regulations, investigating cold cases, and more.
