Notes
Marginal cold hardiness with some selections. Tends to have issues with trunk scald in first years of establishment. Fast growing once established and more anthracnose resistant than American sycamore. Has the potential to be large so it needs a bigger space. Nice exfoliating white bark. Should be saved for large parkways and be planted in small numbers. Tolerant of clay soils.
