Please refer to Article 5, Section 5.15.3, Large Retail Design (p. 125) of the Land Use Code for requirements regarding large retail in Fort Collins. 

A large retail establishment is a retail establishment, or any combination of retail establishments in a single building or in separate but abutting buildings, or a movie theater or an indoor recreational use, occupying more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) gross square feet of floor area.
