Carpool with WayToGo
Carpooling with just one person cuts your commute costs in half, reduces traffic, and offers relaxation time. While WayToGo carpool matching is currently only available in Denver, you can use it to find matches for your trips there. Stay tuned for the upcoming rollout to the North Front Range!
Shift Your Ride: Making your switch affordable#
Investing in an e-bike or leasing or buying an electric vehicle (EV) are both ways you can shift your ride and lessen your impact on the environment. Here are local, state, and federal incentives available:
Colorado E-Bike Discount
Starting April 1, 2024, Colorado residents will be able to receive a $450 point-of-sale discount on qualifying e-bike purchases.
New vehicle EV tax credits
Colorado EV Tax Credit: Receive $5,000 for the purchase or lease of a new electric or plug-in hybrid EV.
Federal EV Tax Credit: Get up to $7,500 for new electric and fuel cell vehicles, or up to $4,000 for qualified used clean vehicles.
Vehicle Exchange Colorado (VXC) Program
Receive up to $6,000 for the purchase of a new electric vehicle when replacing a high-emitting vehicle.
Federal EV Charging Unit Tax Credit
Receive up to $1,000 per unit.
