Parking Services uses the ParkMobile App for downtown parking structures

ParkMobile is the sole vendor for smartphone app payment, Users of the three (3) downtown parking structures and the Mason Lot who pay for parking using a smartphone app will need to download the ParkMobile.

Payment kiosks are also available in all parking structures and the Mason Lot, for paying on site.  

Parking is free for the first hour in the parking structures, though users must still initiate a parking session, regardless of duration of stay. 

ParkMobile is the leading provider of smart parking and mobility solutions in North America, using a contactless approach to help millions of people easily find and pay for parking on their mobile devices and is available in the Apple App Store for iOS devices, the Google Play store for Android devices, and can also be accessed via web browser.

Registration is quick and easy, and users can add up to five (5) vehicles to their account. Parking sessions can be extended directly from your mobile device with the option to customize expiration reminders.

Structures and Surface Lots#

In the Downtown area, the City of Fort Collins has three parking structures and five surface lots available for both hourly and permit parking. Hourly rates for parking structures vary. Free on-street parking is also available.

Open 24 hours and security patrolled. Payments can be made 24/7 using automated pay machines or Parkmobile app.

Free first hour, then $1 for each additional hour. Must initiate session regardless of duration of stay. Parking is free on Sundays and City holidays.

5. Old Town Parking Structure 100 Remington Street
Open 24 hours and security patrolled. Payments can be made 24/7 using automated pay machines or Parkmobile app.

6. Firehouse Alley Parking Structure
