The Human Services & Housing Funding Board is currently reviewing FY25 funding proposals for affordable housing, homelessness, human services and CDBG public service programs. They will meet on the evenings of April 29-30, 2025 to deliberate funding recommendations. These deliberation meetings are open to the public.  City Council will consider the funding recommendations in mid-June. 

The opportunity to apply for affordable housing funding will open in January 2026, and homelessness and human services applications will again be accepted in January 2027.
