The City of Fort Collins’ 2025 Competitive Grant Process for allocating federal and City funds to affordable housing, human service and homeless service projects/programs will begin accepting applications on January 8th. 

Funds will be awarded to nonprofit agencies, affordable housing providers, and other entities serving a majority of Fort Collins clients who are low-income households.

Pre-applications are due by January 27th and full applications are due by February 18, 2025.
