Notification of HPC Decisions#
The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) makes recommendations to City Council regarding Landmark nominations, reviews exterior alterations to designated historic properties in certain cases under Chapter 14, Article IV of the City's Municipal Code, and reviews development proposals as described under Land Use Code Article 5 Division 5, Historic (p. 5-53, PDF p. 57). Below is a list of these items recently considered by the HPC or scheduled for an upcoming meeting. You can also look up current and past agendas and minutes for the HPC here.
If you would like to provide a comment for the commission's consideration, you may do so in-person at the scheduled hearing, or you may submit written comments by emailing preservation@fcgov.com or by dropping them off at 281 N. College Ave. up until 5:30 PM on the Monday before the hearing (48 hours before the hearing; written comments received after this deadline will be added to the packet after the meeting).

Notification of Issued Certificates of Appropriateness#
Below is a searchable, downloadable table for all approved design review decisions made by the Historic Preservation Division (HPD) or the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) under Chapter 14, Article IV of the City's Municipal Code. At the HPC's August 21, 2019 meeting, the HPC requested improvements to the notification process for staff decision's made without review by the HPC. The table below provides members of the public access to the recent decisions of both HPD staff and the HPC.
Staff updates this table with new properties every Friday if projects have been reviewed/approved during the week.
