Medical Marijuana License Changes
If you have a change to your Marijuana License, please review the application form page, fill out a letter of intent, and send the request form to: marijuanalicensing@fcgov.com.
A pre-application meeting will take place with the licensing team. In the meeting come prepared with questions and the application process will be reviewed.
What is a change? examples include: location: moving to a new location, adding a new license type, removing/adding owners, and modifying the licensed premises. Please review MED (state rules) Section 2-255-260.
The City Clerk's office is requesting all license applications be submitted via a secure link through email. Files must be submitted as PDFs. You must ask for the secure link.
