Title VI Statement

In compliance with the City of Fort Collins' Title VI Policy, the Fort Collins Municipal Court (the "Court") does not, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, discriminate against persons in the provision of its programs, services or activities. Furthermore, the Court shall ensure language access to all individuals who have a limited ability to speak, read, write, or understand English by providing interpreters free of charge and translation of vital documents for persons who utilize the Court's services.
