Manufacturing Equipment Use Tax Rebate (MUTR) Program#

Purchasers of qualifying manufacturing equipment may be eligible to receive a refund of a portion of the use tax paid to the City.

• The MUTR program is based on qualifying purchases from the prior year and applications are due no later than June 30th of the current year (i.e., 2023 applications were due 6/30/24).
  • The MUTR application is updated each year and it will be available on this page during the time applications are accepted.
