CSU & Renters#
Off-Campus Life provides assistance in finding a place to live off campus, help finding potential roommates, assistance in learning the stages of renting, tips on being a good neighbor and building a community, and aid in understanding your rights and responsibilities as a tenant in Fort Collins.
Student Legal Services provides affordable legal assistance to full time students attending Colorado State University.
Associated Students of Colorado State University is Colorado State's student government. It works as a liaison between the administration, faculty, and students to promote student interests.
Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association (NoCoRHA) is "an organization of cooperative members dedicated to the enhancement of the rental housing industry through education, networking, information, leadership, professionalism and community mindeness."
National Association of Residential Property Managers is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. It offers an effective, professional learning environment for owners of property management companies, property managers, and their support staff.
Colorado State Housing and Dining Services is responsible for the management, finance, administration, and program development of all University housing facilities, including ten residence halls that house about 5,000 students, 908 apartment units, and all 76 buildings on the Pingree Park Campus.
Eviction, Foreclosure, and Homelessness#
If you are in a situation in which you are facing eviction and/or homelessness and you live in Larimer County, The Center for Hope is a resource center for families and individuals who are homeless or on the brink of homelessness.
The Colorado Foreclosure Hotline is an initiative committed to referring homeowners in some state of delinquency or foreclosure to a toll-free phone number (1-877-601-HOPE) that connects callers with local housing counseling agencies for free assistance.
