MyWater Portal#

MyWater is available to all Utilities water customers, helping track water use and costs with water reports and an easy-to-use web and mobile portal.

  • Alerts and notifications. Timely and topical leak and high-use alerts.
  • Detailed use information. See how current water use compares to past water use, even down to the hour.
  • Ways to save. Get personalized, step-by-step actions.
  • Manage your use with a water budget (this is for informational purposes only and will not be used to calculate your utility costs). Compared your use to a budget based on your household size and yard size to determine if you’re using more than you need (single-family residential only). MyEnergy Portal#

MyEnergy helps residential customers track energy use, find new ways to save and earn rewards that can be used in stores.

  • The full picture. The online assessment will help customers learn more about energy use.
  • Tailored recommendations. Review customized action plan for ways to save.
  • Valuable rewards. Taking action and logging in to the portal will earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards.

How to Use the Portals#

  1. Go to fcgov.com/myenergy
  2. Click 'Register' next to 'Don't have an online account?'
  3. Enter your account number found on the top of your utility bill and your first and last name. Click 'Next'.
  4. Enter your email address and create a password. Click 'Complete Registration'.
  5. You now have access to your personalized dashboard and can start saving energy and money. 
  1. Go to fcgov.com/myenergy and sign in to your account.  
  2. Once signed in, hover over ‘My Bill’ along the top navigation bar and when the dropdown appears, click ‘Usage & Cost’.
  3. On the ‘Usage & Cost’ page, see how your use changed during different time periods and weather patterns.

  2. Once signed in, hover over ‘Savings Plan’ along the top navigation bar and click ‘Home Assessment’.
  3. Choose your property type and click 'Start Assessment'.
  4. Answer the questions to receive a personalized action plan with energy and money-saving recommendations.  
  1. Go to fcgov.com/myenergy and sign in to your account.  
  2. Earn points by logging in, taking the home assessment and saving energy.  
  3. Redeem points for gift cards to your favorite retailers. See how many points you have in the ‘Rewards' widget at the bottom of the dashboard. Click ‘Redeem Gift Card’ to use your points.

  2. Enter your account number found on the top of your utility bill and zip code, then click 'Find my account'.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password. Click 'I agree to the terms and privacy policy' and then click 'Take me to my account'.
  4. You now have access to your personalized dashboard and can start saving water and money. 
  1. Go to fcgov.com/mywater and sign in to your account.  
  2. Once signed in, click ‘View Use’ on the main dashboard.
  3. On the usage page, see how your use changed during different time periods and weather patterns. 
  1. Go to fcgov.com/mywater and sign in to your account.  
  2. Once signed in, click on ‘Settings’ on the main dashboard and then click ‘Communication Preferences’.
  3. Make sure the checkbox next to ‘Leak Alerts’ is selected and select your communication preferences. You can also sign up for high use notifications, bill payment notifications and more.
  1. Log into your MyWater online account at fcgov.com/mywater.
  2. Identify where your is budget located in the top left corner of the dashboard. 
  3. Click on the ‘You used XX% less/more’ hyperlink in the ‘My Water Budget’ section.
  4. You can now view your budget going back in time.
