A free sprinkler checkup helps you save water by using your sprinkler system more effectively. Participants receive a system evaluation and watering schedule, while learning how to find leaks and keep vegetation healthy all summer long.

Checkups are scheduled on weekdays and take approximately 90 minutes for homes with automated, underground systems or 30 minutes for homes that water manually with a hose and portable sprinkler.

Homeowners and renters who receive their water from Fort Collins Utilities, ELCO, or Fort Collins-Loveland Water District are eligible. HOA common areas and commercial properties are not.

Sprinkler associates help identify problem areas and efficiency issues. They’ll make minor adjustments to sprinkler heads so water gets where it needs to, provide practical DIY sprinkler maintenance tips, and leave you with a list of tune-up recommendations so you know exactly what to tackle for your next weekend yard project. In addition, they’ll check the rate and distribution of water from your sprinklers to create a custom watering schedule for you.
