Financing solar, water conservation and energy efficiency projects is easier than ever.
The Home Efficiency Loan Program offers competitive interest rates and no-money-down financing for up to 15 years.
Details
Loans range from $500-$25,000 and can cover up to 100 percent of the project cost.
Eligibility
Fort Collins Utilities residential electric customers are eligible for energy and solar loans, while water customers are eligible for water conservation loans. Rental properties are eligible if the owner applies.
Project types:
- HVAC (furnace, A/C, whole house fan, water heater, etc)
- Insulation and air sealing
- Windows
- Solar PV
- Water service line repair or replacement
Get Started
Read the loan details and apply through Elevations Credit Union. For most applications, a selected bid for the cost of the work must be included. For energy efficiency upgrades, you must follow the steps of Efficiency Works' Home Efficiency Program.
